Vera Kimmi (she/her) is a passionate builder of companies and communities, driven by her belief in the power of connection. Since 2009, she has been a Partner at Forte Group, where she has led various initiatives that have shaped the company’s growth from its Chicago roots to a global software development firm. Among her proudest achievements at Forte is the creation of a talent development program that has launched hundreds of new careers in Software Testing and Quality Assurance. Vera’s passion extends beyond business—she is deeply committed to integrating art and theater into everyday life.
