Exchange Policy
Subscriber TicketsAs a benefit to our subscribers we offer complimentary ticket exchanges within the run of a show. If the date of your performance does not work, simply call the box office at 773-40-GREEN (404-7336) and they will exchange your ticket, subject to availability. Please note, while we do not charge any service fee for exchanges, if you move to a different series an upgrade fee may apply. There are no refunds for moving to a lower priced performance.
Single Tickets
Single tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production for a service fee of $5.00 per ticket. 24 hour notice is required.
Cancellations and Refunds
We are sorry, but there are no refunds on tickets.Student Rush Tickets
We offer student rush tickets before every performance, subject to availability. Rush tickets are $15 and are available in person at the box office only, starting 30 minutes before curtain (Valid student ID required).
