The First Rehearsal Reception is an event exclusive to subscribers and donors and their guests, designed to provide an in depth look into the creative process. For each reception, the director, with the help of the design team, provides an in-depth look at the show before leading the actors through a working rehearsal. This event is a great opportunity to both gain a deeper understanding of the creative process and the literary work itself, and meet the artists behind Remy Bumppo. The First Rehearsal Reception is a free event for our subscribers and donors, and reservations are required.
Between the Lines
Dates: Sat. 5/9 at 1:30 pm; Wed. 5/20 at 6:30 pm. Speakers TBA.
Location: Upstairs Mainstage, Greenhouse Theater, 2257 N. Lincoln Ave.
The Between the Lines event features guest experts sharing their insights on the play and leading a pre-show discussion. Due to popular demand, this unique seriesis now offered twice per show on a Wednesday evening and a Saturday matinee. The conversation begins one hour before show-time, and concludes with a post-show talkback. The Between the Lines program also includes an informative study guide.
